These Terms & Conditions apply to all orders, purchases, and interactions with Aromaaz Treasure. By placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by the terms set out below.
Orders may be placed via our website, email, or other written correspondence. To minimise errors, Aromaaz Treasure strongly recommends that all orders be submitted in writing. While we take care to accurately process all written orders, we cannot accept responsibility for errors arising from verbal instructions.
Orders are generally processed on the same business day they are received. Dispatch timeframes may vary due to circumstances beyond our control, including stock availability, courier delays, or regulatory requirements. Once an order has been processed, any amendments will be treated as a new order.
International orders require final confirmation prior to processing, charging, and dispatch. Orders will remain on hold until written confirmation is received from the customer.
Due to market volatility in essential oils and aromatic ingredients, pricing is confirmed only at the time an order is placed. While we strive to maintain accurate pricing across all platforms, Aromaaz Treasure reserves the right to correct pricing discrepancies arising from market fluctuations.
There is no minimum order quantity. Bulk purchasing may offer cost efficiencies.
If an item is short supplied but invoiced, Aromaaz Treasure will arrange prompt re-dispatch at no additional freight cost. Items are not backordered and must be reordered when stock becomes available.
Pick-Up Orders
Same-day pick-up is available by appointment. Customers must allow sufficient notice for orders to be invoiced, packed, and prepared. Pick-up hours are 9:00am to 5:00pm, business days.
All orders must be paid in full prior to dispatch.

For bank transfers, customers must provide proof of payment to avoid dispatch delays. Orders will not be released until cleared funds are received.
EFTPOS facilities are available for showroom sales and pick-up orders (where applicable).
All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.
GST applies to all taxable Australian orders, including freight. GST exemptions will only be applied where legally permissible and supported by valid documentation.
International orders may attract customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. Aromaaz Treasure is not liable for international import costs or customs delays.
For customers using their own freight forwarders, it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the forwarder can deliver to the destination country. Orders returned due to delivery refusal or inability to clear customs will incur:
· A 20% restocking fee
· Non-refundable outbound freight charges
· Return freight and any storage or penalty fees
All prices are quoted ex-works unless otherwise stated. Freight charges are calculated separately based on destination, weight, volume, and courier rates.
Orders cancelled more than 24 hours after placement will incur a 20% restocking fee.
Orders left unconfirmed for more than 7 days will be automatically cancelled. International orders may remain on hold for up to 14 days.
Pick-up orders must be collected within 7 days, after which stock may be returned to inventory.
Aromaaz Treasure works with reputable courier partners to arrange shipping. Customers may nominate their own courier; however, responsibility for loss or damage transfers once goods leave our premises.
Shipping costs are based on weight, volume, and destination. Freight quotes can be provided upon request prior to payment.
Orders must be inspected upon receipt. Any discrepancies, damages, or errors must be reported within 10 days of delivery.
For international shipments, customers are responsible for ensuring compliance with destination country regulations. Any costs arising from holds, storage, documentation, or penalties will be passed on to the customer.
Aromaaz Treasure reserves the right to substitute courier services where required due to service disruptions, without additional cost to the customer.
Discrepancies must be reported within 10 days of receipt. Returns will not be accepted beyond 30 Days from the invoice date.
If an error occurs on the part of Aromaaz Treasure, return freight will be covered and a replacement or refund issued as appropriate.
Customer order errors or change-of-mind returns may be accepted if reported within 10 days, provided goods are unused, unopened, and in resalable condition. These returns incur a 20% restocking fee, and return freight is the customer’s responsibility.
Returned goods must be securely packaged and include full order details and return instructions.
Custom, indent, or special-order items are non-refundable and non-returnable.
Product stability may vary depending on formulation, storage, and usage conditions. Aromaaz Treasure strongly recommends laboratory testing prior to commercial production.
All products are supplied for cosmetic, aromatic, or industrial use only, unless otherwise specified. Aromaaz Treasure does not supply food-grade materials.
No warranty is given regarding suitability for a specific application. Liability is limited to the value of the goods supplied and excludes consequential losses.
Product information is provided for educational purposes only. Customers must conduct their own assessments, testing, and compliance checks.

Customers rebranding or reselling products are responsible for ensuring compliance with labelling, regulatory, and intellectual property laws. Aromaaz Treasure is not liable for regulatory breaches or product recalls resulting from customer misuse or mislabelling.
Packaging performance may vary depending on contents, filling methods, transport conditions, and storage. All packaging must be tested for leakage, compatibility, and durability prior to commercial use.
Aromaaz Treasure does not guarantee packaging performance under specific conditions and strongly recommends full compatibility and stability testing.
Custom packaging and custom-manufactured products are non-returnable.
All products are supplied with reasonable remaining shelf life at dispatch, subject to proper storage conditions.
Shelf life guidelines vary by product category and are indicative only. Improper storage may reduce shelf life. Aromaaz Treasure is not responsible for deterioration due to incorrect handling or storage.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Australian courts.
